On 21 October, 2015 in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Szczecin we had the honour to host one of the founders of CDG – Simon Curtis (senior partner) and William Cecil (partner) who gave usa number of very interesting lectures on major issues related to the negotiation and preparation of shipbuilding contracts. We hope that the seminar, mainly carried out with a view to the practices ( shipowners, shipyards, financial institutions) who face, in their daily activities, with complicated matters of shipbuilding contracts governed by English law, opened up these issue to our honourable guests.
