Attorney-at-Law
Legal counsel since 2011. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin, he completed his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Szczecin.
He specializes in matters concerning the employment and work of seafarers on seagoing vessels engaged in international navigation (including: employment conditions for seafarers, seafarers' contracts, collective agreements, taxes and social security for seafarers, and claims arising from the employment relationship on board ships).
In 2006, as a delegate of Polish entrepreneurs, he participated in the 94th Maritime Session of the International Labour Conference, during which the ILO Maritime Labour Convention was adopted.
He is the author of numerous articles, including those on maritime law.
